Counter Foil/Receipt of Rs. 700/- (Of Registration).

Caste certificate issued by Tehsildar. (For SC Students).

12.

Income certificate issued by Tehsildar/Executive Magistrate. (For SC Students).

13.

Residence certificate issued by Tehsildar. (For SC Students).

14.

Aadhar Card (For SC Students).

15.

Photocopy of Bank Pass book.

16.

Eight coloured passport sized photographs.

17.

In case you pay online it is not needed to send the print out of from to institute.
